Position: Inventory Team Leader (Headcount:4)
Job Duties:
- To provide immediate supervision and give advice to the team members.
- Inventory reconciliation with customers.
- Coordination with Operations/CS/Customers regarding inventory related issue.
- To report the discrepancy findings to appropriate parties.
- To review and discuss with Operation Supervisor periodically for inventory discrepancies and preventive action.
- To ensure correct procedures are adhered to and implement continuous improvement environment.
- Arrange resources for daily cycle count and stock check.
- Inventory master data setup and maintenance.
- Training new team members.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate Superior.
- Responsible for all safety, health activities in the team and ensure the team is strictly in compliance with government and company safety requirement and rules.
Job Requirement:
- Either a technical diploma or 2 years relevant experience in the logistic field;
- Good communication in written English;
- A minimum of 2-5 years experiences in material management in a manufacturing environment;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Must be able to work independently and can work in night shift;
- Proficient in PC including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Familiar with ERP/WMS is preferred.
