可修改了注册表以后，还是出现第一个错误！

第三、既然创建内容数据库没有成功，那就只能指定已经存在的数据库了。可是又出现了这么一个错误，可惜在网上却没有找到答案。

Solved, the problem was in the date dormat, put the default "M/d/yyyy" and it will work
